Pinterest Inspired

These next few recipes looked so delicious that I had to share them with you all... I found them all on Pinterest (hence the title). 

I am a successive water drinker, but sometimes water just can't quench the thirst like you need it too! Have you found that problem before? I've found that whenever it does happen, I lean more towards sugary drinks, which is ironic. So let's all skip store bought flavored drinks (many are full of sugar/artificial sweeteners) and make our own...

FRUIT WATER

1 each of the following fruits: apple, lemon, orange, pear

4 large strawberries

Handful of raspberries

Handful of mint leaves

1 half-gallon of water

I have been addicted to spinach salads lately, and strawberries in them just makes it all the better...

Strawberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
For the dressing:
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
2½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1½ tbsp. champagne*
1 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt

For the salad:
Baby spinach leaves, rinsed and dried
Sliced almonds, for topping
Sliced fresh strawberries, for topping
